Aku Tama walks to the building with "LION HEART" written on the top.

"time to join."

he walks into the building, keeping his eyes away from the people in the guild. he walks up the stairs to the second floor. he sees a door labeled "new members join." he walks to it and knocks on the door. a voice replies with "come in." it was a sweet voice. he opens the door and a woman is there.

"im here to join." Aku says.

"Ah yes...hrm...let's see..."

The Lion Heart receptionist hands him a small piece of paper.

"Here ya go! Just fill out that form and you'll be good to go!"

Aku takes the papers and fills them out. he hands them back.

"so what now? am i done?"

Peering over the banister, Dante watches as the guild below him, makes such a ruckus.
From drinking, to laughing to yelling,...they are such a lound bunch of fools!
He thinks to himself...

He gets surprised as a hand grasps his shoulder, he tturns to see the master smiling behind him.
"Oh hello master Edgar!"

"ah! Dante, how are you?"

Dante smiles back,
"good and you?"

"good...good, well i came to you becuase of this..."
He side steps to show a person behind him.

"H...Ha..Hawkeye!"
He blushes and scrathes the back of his head.
She blushes a bit too.

"ah it seems you two know each other..."
the master says,
"well, good becuase you two will be going to meet up with two members from Lion heart for a mission."

"LIONHEART!?"
They both yell out.

"Common we can do whatever this is ourselves can'twe!?"
Dante screams.

"Calm down dante, it has already been decided...leave as soon as possible."
He nods, turns, and walks away leaving the two alone.

"so um...i guess we should...."
Haether blurts out.

"yeah...i geuss we should..."

Heather and Dante packs their things and heads to the meeting point on a map which the master gave to them.

Ky emerges from the Lion Heart lavatory.

"Ah man ...I knew those shrimp tacos were gonna be trouble..."

He notices Aku sitting in front of the new member station.

Hmm, haven't seen him before...Guess I'll go introduce him to the guild...

He makes his way over to the armored mage.

Aku gets up and walks away from the chair. he notices Ky going towards him and decides to walk in his direction.

Woah, he noticed me?

"Uh, hi there! You must be a new member, right?"

Aku looks to him and stares, expression not changing.

"yeah. what do you want?"

Stoic type, huh? Don't we have enough of those guys already...

"Ah well...I just wanted to welcome you to Lion Heart! I look forward to working with you on future missions!"

Ky wears a big goofy smile to welcome the new member.

Aku wears a slight smile as he sees Ky's face.

"i look forward to being with you too. so what is your power?"

Aku tilts his head a little and then wipes the smile off his face.

"Ah well-"

Suddenly they are interrupted by the sweet voice of the receptionist.

"Mr. Aku Tama! The master is ready to see you now!"

"well i hope to see you later. bye."

Aku walks to the guildmaster's room and knocks on the door.

Ah...Well, I didn't even get to tell him my name...

Ky goes over to the receptionist to further inquire on the new member.

The master's door swings open slowly.

Aku walks in and sees a chair he sits down and looks up.

Dante and heather arrive at a church in a small village.

"you sure this is the place?"
Heather says.

"yup!"
Dante replies, checking the map a 30th time.
"now where are the Heartless? (Desert Claw's Nickname for Lion heart guild members.)

An ominous voice the darkness at the end of the room rings out.

Aku keeps his expression and looks into the darkness.

"yes it is. why did you want to see me sir?"

With lightning speed, a small hooded figure appears standing on the desk before Aku.

"...To confirm your devotion to Lion Heart, of course!"

His form is revealed in the light as a small cat standing on its two legs.

Aku laughs a little and smiles.

"of course ill be loyale. why else would i come here?"

Aku loses his smile and slouches a bit.

A thick textbook smashes into the young sword mage's face.

"I was not questioning your loyalty! You lack discipline, and you are covered in arrogance!! However..."

The cat folds his arms.

"...Your power can prove useful to our guild...not mention all the young fangirl's you'll attract..."

He rubs his chin.

"...It's decided! You are now an official member of Lion Heart!"

Aku rubs his face where the book hit.

"fangirls? i only saw dudes when i walked in.....but anyway how am i arrogant? i dont think so...."

(lol alucard gay joke FTW!!!)

The cat falls to floor.

"Guys!! Just what I need...more men in this sausage fest of a guild!!"

He immediately recovers.

"Ahem, anyway as your first task I'd like you to meet with a double agent I have planted in Ghost Watch."

The receptionist calls Ky over.

"Hm? What is it?"

"Ky-chan, you didn't forget did you?"

"Forget..."

He rubs his chin, then suddenly becomes overly-gleeful.

"Woah! Is is sloppy joe day already?!?"

The receptionist slaps her forehead.

"Ky-chan, you forgot! You were supposed to meet those delegates from Desert Claw! Mari and Aeon are probably already there by now!"

"Damn! You're right! I better be off then!! Thanks Sera-chan!"

Sera smiles as he blasts through the front doors without opening them at an incredible speed.

Sitting in the one of the church benches Dante hears the door swing open.
He looks up, same with heather, as he sees two people come in the church.

"ugh...just pretend to be happy...."
He says quitely to himnself, and heather hears.

"Hello Lion Heart!"
He says walking down the middle walk way of the church with his arms open.

Walking in the scene, Mari Mariner and Aeon Gracestrain meet with the two Desert Claw. Aeon gives them a disapproving look.

"Ha! So the De-clawed had to send their weakest mages, huh?"

"Aeon-kun! Don't be so spiteful! We have to work together on this mission remember?"

"Tch..."
