Our Time has Come...... (OOC)

((This is basically Resident Evil in England.))

Hameford. It was a small, peaceful town in the English countryside. Here, locals went about their business as usual every day. The pharmaceutical company of LifeShield was experimenting with a new drug, called Hexonate. They were looking into a cure for tuberculosis, a disease that had been on the rise in cities such as Birmingham and London.

Then, things started to change.

The company started to notice subtle changes in the plantlife around the lab complex. At first, they dismissed it, but when a scientist went missing when he went out for a walk during his lunch hour, people began to get suspicious. They found his horribly mutilated body a day later, covered in bite marks and gore. His head was half-eaten.

LifeShield knew that something was terribly wrong.

They stopped the production of Hexonate. But the factories that produced it just dumped it into the Hame river. Hameford relied on the river for it's water.
People began to fall ill.

The town was quarantined immediately. The SAS was dropped in to organize survivors and resistance. Soon, hordes of mutants roamed the streets, and there were only 4 true strongholds.

Low Hill was nearest the centre of town.
Highbrook was on the north of the river, and about 3 miles from Low Hill.
Deerbank was south of the river, near the centre of the mutation.
'Fortress Prime' was the military-organized fortress.

The only thing you can do is fight. These abominations will never have our town. Ever.

History: Born in Moscow, in the USSR, to a Polish mother and Russian father, Zara's family moved to London at the age of just 2. Her brother, Sergei, was a quiet boy, and he did well in school. Zara was more of a fighter. She left school at 18 and joined 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment. She was never posted abroad, instead assigned to Colchester Garrison. When the mutation occurred, her company was posted to the town. Now, most of her company defends Fortress Prime, with one or two squads defending places like Low Hill and Highbrook.

History: Richard was born in London, England. He grown up to be a handsome man, with good grades from the Univesity. He joined the army, because he wanted to serve his homecountry. He was send to Afghanistan to serve as a Peace soldier when he was 22, but was wounded in battle. He was send back home to England and stayed there to recover. He got out from the hospital when he was 24, and served as a instructor in small fire-arms and CQC, Close Quarters Combat. Now he have been send out to Hameford to help the soldiers in Fortress Prime.

History: Derick was never good at school, as had his parents. Destined to be a failure social services tore him away from his alcoholic parents and flew him over to England at the age of 10. Nothing changed. 4 years of disappointment later he found his new parents chewing at his neck and his dog eating his step-sister, while his step-sister ate their neighbour's cat. Yummy. Made his way into the town center, only to find that was even worse. Thankfully he made it into Low Hill.

History: Wokrins as a captain of a Italian specrial forces squad, kenneth is a reat fighter. SKilled in most fighting styles, he is an asset to any defense team. Handpicked by the SAS as a hired gun, he helps defend Fortress Prime, and Low Hill.
