Kaims voice changes to a deeper, darker one.
"None shall live."

Suddenly, almost as if he vanished, appeared behind each of the attackers, and ripped each of the throats out with his own hands.
Kaim cracks his knuckles as the lights to the lab turn back on. He looks up, green energy still pouring from his eyes.
"Power."
He looks at Byakuran, then suddenly vanishes once more, and appears to his side. And with a quick thrust he claws upward with his right hand.

Byakuran instinctively draws Inazumi, clashing with the oncoming claws.

"Kaim! So the assassins were your doing!?"

Quickly after the parry, kaim dissappears and reappears on the other side of byakuran with such speed. He sends two slahes his way, one with his left hand, and the other with his right.
A loud growl is heard, but nothing more than that.

Byakuran manages to block the attack from the right, but is hit with the full force from the left. He is sent flying and crashes into the wall. An alarm begins to ring out through the complex. The Vampire King steps up from the rubble, a large gash in his lower stomach. It would take a few moments to heal, and the pain was causing him some disorientation.

This is bad... He lost himself to the power...

"Kaim! Can you hear me!?"

Kaim slowly walks to the downed vampire, smirking. Suddenly a small tune begins to play. One of the elves that escorted kaim here, now stands behind him, holding a small wodden box. insdie that box is a trinket that plays a certain tune. A tune from Kaims childhood.

"UGH!"
Suddenly kaim falls to his knees, and holds his head. Moments later, he breathes heavily, and looks up around him.
"Did i do that?"
He points to byakuran's injury

Byakuran looks down.

"Oh this? Well... You may or may not have went drunk with power and tried to kill me... But other than that I'll live."

"Your Highness!"

The wounded King turns behind him to see his trusty and ever-capable butler kneeling before him.

"Ah, Walter... I see you cleaned your way through this mess."

"Yes, sire. They have managed to inflitrate the lowest sanctums of the research facility. I fear that most of the test subjects have been released..."

A grave look of distraught comes on Byakuran's face.

"I see... So that explains the alarm..."

He turns to Kaim, the healing process begins in his wound.

"We must leave here immediately."

"I got what i came here for. I will what information i have on that werewolf clan. As for now...like i said earlier...Clean up your city."

He turns and his wings turn with him. The energy from his eyes is less, but still visible and leaves a small trail when moving.
"Any sign of saya?"

"No sir."

"Lets go."

the escort nods, and they both vanish.

"W-Wait!"

Byakuran tries to stop them but he was too slow due to his wounds.

"Damn... Walter, we must purge the lab!"

"Understood, Your Majesty."

They both vanish.

"Hurry Flynn! We must not falter! Godric roars at his friend while running through the vampire city.
if even one of us gets cuaght...the entire operation will be a bust! lets hope we all made it out okay.

"Yes, sir!"

Flynn eagerly hurries up to his Captain, and oldest friend Godric.

Always looking out for others. Heh, I bet he hasn't even realized he's become the ideal leader...

He catches up with him, trying to encourage the others. Sticking together was best idea for this situation. Flynn looks on with great admiration at his leader, comrade, and coincidentally his master.

As soon as they leave the city, Godric leads his pack to the top of the nearby mountain. the meeting place where they said they would go. He transforms back into his human form, the material he was wearing was specifically meant for transforming. so it doesnt tear.
"Alright gents. We all here?"
He looks around.

"Aye, Sir!"

Flynn's voice is among many. It is then when his is it by a very bad feeling.

This place... I sense something strange from it.

Shaking it off, he dutifully waits for further orders.

As soon as the other wolves appear Godric stands tall among them.
"Good work fellows!"
Some stay in the wolf form, others transform back into humans.
"What we did today was very crucial in our mission. If all went well, they should not know it was us, and will think it was the death hunters that attacked them. Today we did a great thing for our kind! now lets run back home, with great haste!"
And with that, he started running down the mountain, and as he did, he transformed into his wolf, so that all four legs were being ran on. others followed.

Flynn is the first of the company to follow his Captain's suit. Transforming into his wolf form as well. His golden mane shined brightly in the pale moonlight.

"That went well, didn't it, Captain?"

Using their kind's mental telepathy, Flynn communicates to Godric in wolf form. He follows his leader closely in the night.

Yeah...too well. Let's get back to camp and see if our plan worked.
The wolf pack runs vigorously through the forests.

I think you're worrying too much. Let's celebrate a job well done, I think we all deserve it ...sir.

Flynn's breath can be seen in the chilling night air. He looks over at his Captain, attempting a smile. They run through night as pack, the family they've come to know and love.

Moments later, a chilling sight. Theyre camp englufed in flames.
oh no!

Godric runs up to the camp, then transforms into his human state. He yells for his leader.
"GERARD!! GERARD!?!?"
He turns aronnd to his pack.
"Men. Scatter, look for any survivors, and bring them back to this large tree, this will be our group up point. Now hurry!"
He looks at Flynn.
"Come with me, we have to master Gerard."
He runs into the camp.

Flynn nods as he transformed the same time Godric did.

"Yes, sir!"

He runs alongside his captain, adrenaline and distraught coursing through his veins.

-meanwhile, somewhere not too far-

...is standing by a campfire, several other people are around him. He is talking to another figure, this figure stand about two feet taller than him, and is skinnier too. Its a woman, and she's an dark elf, or death hunter.
He looks up at her,
"So Saya, what happens next?"
He grins under his hood.

Saya stands, at the limit of her patience now.

"What happens next is you tell me where my master is!"

She looms over the hooded man, reached for her weapons.

"Before i do that, i need one lats thing from you. i now know that you death hunters are working with the vampires, and that the vampires can their strength to Kaim grimvine. This isn't acceptable. you need to talk with your lord, tell him to cut all communications with the vampires, so that when we attack....their will be no interruptions."

"You wish to speak to the Elder?"

Saya's confused look expresses her lack of wit. She is a woman of action, not words.

"no...dear girl. Im telling you, that you need to talk with him. convince him that the vampires are no good. make him not want to be allies with the vampires anymore!"

"Heh... easy enough, the Elder has already expressed his distaste in the Vampire's 'manner of living'."

She turns away from the hooded man and the fire.

"I am off then."

"Men, form up!"
The leaderous wolf looks around, valiant.
has he saved the day?
He looks around for his men.
