Mass Effect: Devotion OOC

General Story
Mass Effect is set in the year 2183 AD. Thirty-five years prior, humanity discovered a cache of technology on Mars, supposedly built by a technologically advanced but long-extinct race called the Protheans. Studying and adapting this technology, humankind has managed to break free of the solar system and has established numerous colonies and encountered various extraterrestrial species within the Milky Way galaxy. Utilizing alien artifacts known as Mass Relays, the various space-faring races are able to travel instantly across vast stretches of the galaxy. Within the game, humanity has formed the Human Systems Alliance, one of many independent bodies that make up the collective of "Citadel space".

-quick note-
Most People in the mass effect unniverse have a certain class (explained in the app). In which they can either use:
- Bio, A energy based power, where you can move things using biotic energy. Sortof like telekinesis, Biotic users have a glowing blue energy that allows them to Lift, pull, smash, and warp people and bjects. They can also create biotics sheilds.
-Tech, a "smart person" class. This class uses technology to its fullest, having a small holographic interface appears around their right hand, and right lower forearm. This givs them ability to hack, dampen electronics, scan the area, sabotage enemy tech, even overload certain electronics and make them completly un usable.
-Gun, the soldier class of the unniverse. This makes the person a expert in most weapons and gives them more, better training in weapons and combat, that other classes dont have.

Citadel space, as a whole, is ruled by a body of government known as the Council, which is made up of members of the three prominent alien races: the asari, a race of mono-gendered aliens which closely resemble blue-skinned human females; the short-lived and amphibian salarians; and the raptor-like turians. For a long time human have wanted a seat on the council, but couldn't. Until...

Saren, a Spectre, went rogue and teamed up with the Geth, a sentient machine race, who threatened to annihilate all forms of life in the known galaxy. John Shepard, a Human, was promoted and given a Spectre position after reaveling and providing evedence about saren and his intent.

After a long journey, Shepard, stopped Saren and his Geth army, with some help of members of other alien races, and his top-of-the-line ship called, "The Normandy." Him and his crew, were well known for the effort they put into saving the galaxy.

Later on, while in route back home from a mission, The Normandy and it's crew were attacked, Some escaped. But reports show Shepard as dead. His body was never found from the wreckage of the ship in space, and on the nearby planet where the ship wrecked on.

This RPs Story
The council has chosen one of their Spectres for a Hich Class, confidential mission. They have given him orders to gather a team that would be sufficient enough to stop a crazed krogan threat. This threat is important to stop for the council, becuase if the krogan would rebal and rally other krogan armies, that threat would be too great.

The setting is Current "The Citedel", The Council's home.

getting arrested isnt the same way to get into the citedel.

C-Sec, is the name of the citedel security.
The citedel is a station, a large large station.

You can get arrested by C-Sec.

history/bio:he was a former highly ranked officer in the citedal base when it was attacked he was shot luckily his armor dimed the blow.2 weeks later he woke up in rubble somewhere on a krogan ship he blinked geting up then eventuly found his way out of the ship after killing as many of them he could afterwards about for 3 years he became one of the most deadly assassins on the galexy he kills his targets wihtout mercy he spars only those who didnt see him kill now he is without a target and waiting for a job good enough for his skills.
