The Uprising~!

Alright, I'm just going straight down to it.
I've notice (dispite the obvious) there asn't been any ativity for quite some time. I'mma try and change that, and in-order to do so. I need to be Admin or on some level where I can 'accept' new members of joining our site (home).
So, if anyone had read this that are within' the ability of giving me some (levels of) control. Please do so. I can't promise that things MIGHT actually change, what I can promise: I'mma try and fix or make it more active.
