Yay, the first sci-fi RP on the site!

Anywho, the story:

Some 5,000 years into the future, the Milky Way is united under one banner. The Bargait Empire has rolled over humanity and thousands of other races with its sheer military might, and declared itself the supreme species of this galaxy. However, they have discovered that keeping track of the hundreds of thousands of habitable worlds is exceptionally difficult. Recently, rebellion has burned in the hearts of the races who wish to be free of the Bargait yolk, and succesful rebellion after rebellion have chipped away at the Empire's fringe holdings.

This is a science fiction RP in which you will create your own unique species, which will begin under the opressive control of the Bargait Empire. You may control your species as you wish, but military actions against other races, factions, and even the Bargaits will most likely be met with retaliation. This'll be a fairly open RP, without too many rules to limit your faction's expansion and actions.

Important Info: The Necros is a race made up by Robots. The Necros was build to keep on the civilazion of a race that was destroyed many years ago. Most of the Necros got the shape of a normal Human, but there is some that can look like other things.

Important Info: The Necros is a race made up by Robots. The Necros was build to keep on the civilazion of a race that was destroyed many years ago. Most of the Necros got the shape of a normal Human, but there is some that can look like other things.

The charite race is the bargait "specials forces" races. since they have mechs, they send the charites to do work for them that can be done quickly and effortlessly.

no, they made a treaty with the bargait empire, they will be used as special forces, as long as there planets were not touched by them.

The Transcendii Research Society (TRS) is a group on the run from the empire. Made up almost completely of humans who left Earth thousands of years ago to escape from tyranny in the vast emptiness of space, but after all these years of peace, the Empire has finally caught up with them.

The Transcendii are small in number, numbering in the low thousands with only a half dozen small vessels of their own. Wandering through space without a world to call their own, they often stop at planets they pass to resupply and effect repairs.

Devoting all their time to the advancement of knowledge, the TRS has made many great discoveries over the years, but as they lack any centralized economy or industry they cannot take advantage of this
