Tron: Aftermath

"Pleased to meet you too..."

Prime senses Levandra's undermining tone. He turns to Zuse, hoping for answers.

"...Zuse. Can I ask you something?"

"if you must...but plz hurry im a very busy program..."
He crosses his fingers togther and puts his elbows on the desk.

"Does the name Flynn mean something to you?"

Prime waits earnestly for Zuse's response.

Zuse's eyes widen very briefly and then return to normal. he sighes before answering.
"Come back here when you have defeated Vistra's fighter, and i will answer that question."
He turns back around to see the view of the city.
"Now leave."

"Vistra, huh?"

A screaming echo runs throughout Prime's memory banks. The name Flynn brushes through alongside another program many cycles ago. His resolve becomes clear.

"I'll do it."

Prime turns to face Levandra.

"Will you take me there?"

"after i see that your ready, yeah, lets go."
she starts walking away.

"Ready?"

Prime shrugs, then follows Levandra. After catching up to her, his innate lust to understand makes him try to communicate with her.

"So how long have you been here?"

"please...you are on no level to talk to me like we are friendly."
they ride the elevator down some floors and get out, many programs are fighting each other.
"alright lets see if you got what it takes to kill me."

Prime's surprise is read easily all over his face. He stares at Levandra confoundedly.

"Me? Fight you? ...Are you sure?"

He looks around at the myriad of battles occuring around him. Screams of defeat and roars of victory echo throughout the stages.

"Fine. But I won't derezz you."

He walks over to the empty battle zone.

"you know why Zuse choose me to be the lead trainer?"
she closes her eyes and her body begins to glow, and her blue lines on her outfit start to shake, an impluse of energy emits from her body, and forms into an exact copy of her.
The clone smiles and walks into the arena and grabs a disc.
"fight like you mean it..."
the real levandra says as she watches from the sidelines.

Prime equips his disk. A whirring, neon blue light emits from it once in his hand. Instinctively, he moves back into a straddle stance holding the disk out in front of him.

"I will."

Without any warning, Prime lunges forward in a dodge roll sending his disk flying toward Levandra in the same move.

The clone smirks and a long baton slides out from her arm. She runs towards the disc flying at her, and with almost perfec timing, she jump and pins aorund the disc, and the disc flies through her perfectly (think of the sniper bullet, from highschool of the dead and her boobs lol), when he lands on the floor she begins swrliing her baton at Prime.

"What!?"

Prime's surprise at Levandra's nimble movements displays his naivety. He then runs to the side to catch his disc on the return.

She throws her baton down to the ground with such force, then when Prime dodges the ground shatters on impact. She tilts her head up and lunges at Prime swinging the baton at him.

Prime catches his disk, then slams it against the baton hurtling towards him.

"Not finished!"

Using the baton as a platform, Prime cartwheels over Levandra. Once behind her, he holds his disk over the back of her neck.

"It's over."

Quickly reacting the clone jabs the bottom of the baton under Prime, hitting his side and pushing him away from her.

"i said...no mercy..."
The real lavandra says.

The clone retracts the baton into her arm, and pulls out her disc.

The clone!?

Prime flies back then writhes in pain on the ground.

Damn it! I was careless...

Flashes of his corrupted memory sear through his mind. Slowly, he tries to get up using his disc a crutch.

(ugh...do you know what going on...sigh i will explain it to you later)
the copy of lavandra runs at Prime and jumps over him, lading behind him and engages in melee disc combat.

(my bad! p.s. kids, stay away from drugs!)

Prime barely dodges the clone's attack. The distress sends searing pain into his memory circuits. The flashes of once familiar faces fill up his vision. As a result, he is caught off guard and slammed into the ground by the clone.

"Nggh! D..Damn you!"

"enough!"
The copy of lavandra, which is above Prime about to derezz him, starts to fade away, and its forms into code which hovers back to lavandra.
"You clearly are not functioning correctly. Why are your battle skills so off?"
The real lavandra says while walking to Prime and helping him up from the floor.

"My memory..."

Suddenly a sharp pain pulses through Prime's circuits.

"AARGH!"

Flashes of him talking to another program. Prime addresses it as Flynn. Trying to shake it off, Prime sits up and looks at Levandra, then down at the ground in shame.

"follow me...i know a reprogrammer..."
she begins to walk. She goes outside to the main street and begins to walk the streets of Tron city.

Prime gets up and begins to follow his new companion, but this time he keeps silent. Trying to sift through his broken memories he stays closely behind Levandra.

Flynn... If I can find that program, then I might the answers I'm seeking...

He continues following her, holding his head down staring at his feet.

-meanwhile-
A yellow lit figure stands above the cities buildings and watches the two programs walk the streets and into an alleyway to cut time. As soon as they do he springs into action.

-back-
Lavandra, walking in the middle of the alley, stops.
"Prime get your disc out...NOW!"
As she says that she jumps to the side as a wave of yellow energy pulses through and hits a wall, corrupting it. The blue and black wall slowly corrodes into yellowness and somthing begins to crawl out.

A voice says, as a yellow program walks out of the shadows.

"Its you..."
lavandra says as she stares at the program.

"You two try not to have too much fun ok?"
He says as he leaps into another wall. He vanishes on impact but leaves the wall corrupted like the other one. Small figures begin to crawl out of the corrupted parts of the wall.

Lavandra steps slowly near Prime.
"Keep your guard up...these are viruses, one touch and you could get infected!"

"Viruses?"

The yellow creatures began to flood out of the corrupted circuitry. Prime immediately pulls out and his disc and crushes one of the viruses' skulls. As it derezzes, it lets out a horrible inhuman scream.

"What the hell are these things!?"
